Looking for a new healthy snack? These veggie chips pack potassium, magnesium, vitamin A, folate and calcium.
4 large yellow squash
4 large zucchini
Slice squash and zucchini ⅛ inch thick. Press to squeeze out moisture. Brush the baking sheet lightly with olive oil. Place sliced squash and zucchini on baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, cumin and paprika.
Bake at 235 degrees for 1½ - 2 hours. Enjoy!
