Staying Strong for a Long Healthy Life
Stay active, stay fit, stay strong.
Physical fitness is important because it transcends all facets of living. Training requires a high level of dedication and determination, discipline and perseverance. It places the onus upon the individual to be responsible and accountable for their personal success. Creating a new habit takes 21 days to instill a habit, make it a part of your daily routine bu putting in your calendar. i use Google calendar because it notifies me of appointments.
Everything that one learns in training can be carried over and applied elsewhere.
Time heals most everything. Change comes from challenge. Results cannot be over-nighted. Nothing worth pursuing comes easy. Shortcuts will only cheat you. It never gets easier; but you get better.
