Black Forest Smoothie
Formula #1 Healthy Meal
2 TBS chocolate Formula #1
1/2 tsp. black walnut extract
8 oz. non-fat milk
1/2 banana (optional)
4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Mix in Blender serves 1
note; Need more protein?
Add Personalized Protein Powder(5 grams)
I add 2 TBS (so each smoothie has 25 grams
of protein)


To Your Taste

Pina Colada Shake
2 TBSP Vanilla Formula #1
1/2 c. non-fat milk
1/2 c. pineapple juice
4-5 chunks pineapple
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Mix in blender serves 1







Strawberry Sensation
2 TBS. Wild Berry Formula #1
8 oz. cold water
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 TBSP PPP (Personalized Protein Powder)
Mix in blender, serves 1












Apple Pie Ala Mode
2 TBSP vanilla Formula#1
8 oz. apple juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
2 TBSP PPP (Personalized Protein Powder)
Mix in blender, serves 1


Orange Blossom Smoothie
2 TBSP vanilla Formula#1
8 oz orange juice
1 banana
1/2 orange
1/2 tsp orange extract
4-6 ice cubes
Mix in blender, serves 1






Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie
2 TBSP chocolate Formula#1
1 cup non-fat milk
1 TBSP peanut butter
3-4 ice cubes
For extra thick shake add
1/2 banana
2 TBSP white chocolate pudding mix
Mix in blender, serves 1
